16.6.6 Within 10 working days of the first meeting of the parties, the Ombudsman, after considering the issue at issue and the terms of the collective agreement, issues a report containing non-binding recommendations. 1.1 This collective agreement applies to any person who requires a teacher`s certificate as a condition of employment on the Board of Directors, with the exception of positions that have been agreed to be excluded from local negotiations between the Board of Directors and the association. 1.2.6 Notwithstanding paragraph 1.1, this Agreement does not apply to people who teach at summer school, night classes or Council tutorials, unless provided for in paragraph 3.6.3. 1.6 “flat payment” refers to a one-time payment corresponding to other one-time payments sometimes referred to as signing bonuses. The “flat payment” does not explicitly include the continuation or extension of the lump sum payments currently provided for in the settlement agreements between employers and unions, which are listed in point 1.1 of this letter. 11.2.2 Subject to the conditions of insurance policies for social insurance agencies, teachers on maternity, adoption or parental leave may, through the Board of Directors, arrange to pay 100% of the benefit premiums provided under the existing collective agreement in advance for up to 12 months. 2.1 The duration of this collective agreement is from September 1, 2016 to August 31, 2018. Unless otherwise stated, this collective agreement is fully applicable until August 31, 2018. 2.3.2 A notice pursuant to subsection 2.3.1 is considered a notice of opening collective bargaining in accordance with section 59, paragraph 1, of the labour code. 8.1.1 From 31 August 2018, a teacher will not be assigned to tasks of more than 1,800 minutes per week, of which a maximum of 1,430 minutes will be devoted to teaching students. A teacher may agree to get a schedule for teaching tasks that may vary in number of minutes per week.
